It’s okay… that feeling you are feeling is called jealousy… it’ll pass. HA!

Let me say that again… WOW!!!

I had no idea what to expect when walking into the theater to watch “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. Well, other than there is a baby born old who turns young. I was very excited to see a new film from David Fincher (Seven, The Game, Fight Club, Zodiac) who has directed a few movies i consider to be among my favorites.

To say the least, i was definitely NOT disappointed. I would easily count this movie in one of my all-time favorite films. A great balance of story and cinematography. I smiled, laughed and cried(don’t tell anyone). It is absolutely amazing and i whole-heatedly recommend seeing it!

Well… not for another 52 minutes… but you get the point.

This year has just flown by and this holiday season hasn’t felt like a “normal Christmas”…

But then again this hasn’t been a “normal” year by any means.

I don’t know how to elaborate on all of this… anyone relate?

Amazing.

Absolutely amazing.

Everyone ate authentic Italian food at a local restaurant called “Luna’s”. After the meal was finished, we gave every person in the room a unique award. We called these awards “The Floodies”. We had our flatscreen there, with a sound system (overkill for 30 people in a small room, but not for us!). Jason created a video bumper for each award - different and unique for each person (yeah… that took forever, but was SO worth it).

At the end of the evening, people told us that their cheeks were hurting from laughing so much. Check out some of the evening’s still pics here.

What a night! Can’t wait to see what the Team dreams up next year.

But that was then…

This past February some friends of mine talked m in to going with them to the park and begrudgingly I went. And boy am I glad I did!

It’s now December and I am sittin on a bench in ToonTown in the middle of my 7th trip down to Disneyland this year.

There’s just something about this place that’s awakened a side of me that’s been gone for a long time.

Too long of a time…

I walk around this place believing that anything can happen… Rediscovering that joy is in smiling, laughing and just enjoying the people around you. I know it all sounds over simplified, but for me, it’s true and I can’t explain it.

I don’t really have point to all of this, but if I could instill one thought in anyone’s head, it would be to take time to stop, look around, laugh more and enjoy the peole around you… even in the unenjoyable times.
